Shipping & Delivery

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be pulled, packaged and shipped. If for any reason we are unable to ship in this time frame, we will notify the buyer with the status of the order, and any other information that we have on a time frame of shipment. If for any reason we are unable to fill the order, we will issue a full refund to the buyer.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at emb120@awinets.com with details of the product and the defect.

Sealed Vinyl LPs are sold as is. We cannot guarantee the condition of the vinyl itself without compromising the original seal. We will not take returns on new and sealed copies of vinyl LPs. Please do not ask us to “open” sealed LPs to verify condition.

Returns & Replacements

We assume no liability for damage during transit. We ship in packaging made specifically for item(s). If items are damaged, please address problem with your carrier.

All defective item claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Since each situation is unique, we will work with the buyer to come to a mutual agreement of how the issue will handled.
